Refund Policy

1. All Sales Are Final

Because ConvertlyAI incurs non-recoverable costs from third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI) the moment you generate content, we do not offer refunds for any subscription fees or credit packs once purchased.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Dashboard.

• Cancellation takes effect immediately for the next billing cycle.
• You will retain access until the end of your current paid period.
• No further charges will be applied after cancellation.

3. Unused Credits

Unused credits do not have cash value. If you cancel, you can continue to use your remaining credits until your account access expires at the end of the billing period.

4. Billing Errors

If you believe there has been a billing error (e.g., duplicate charges), please contact support. We will review transaction logs and issue a refund if a technical error occurred on our end.
